Par-boiled Rice

Rice that has been partially boiled in the husk. The three basic steps of parboiling are soaking, steaming and drying. These steps make the rice easier to process by hand, while also boosting its nutritional profile, changing its texture, and making it more resistant to weevils. Available in both Basmati and Non-basmati varieties.

100% Broken Rice

100% Broken Rice is fragments of rice grains that are broken during processing, transporting, or milling.

Brown Rice

Brown rice is a whole grain cereal with the inedible hull removed, leaving the nutrient-rich bran and germ intact. This results in a chewy texture and a nutty, earthy flavor, distinguishing it from highly processed white rice.

Rejection Rice

Rejection rice is rice that is unsuitable for human consumption due to quality issues, such as being broken, discoloured, or immature. Despite being rejected for primary markets, it is a versatile product used for animal feed, alcohol production, and industrial purposes like making laundry starch or in the cosmetics and textile industries.
